The project aims to strengthen the role of civil society in effectively monitoring justice sector institutions, promoting reforms and the protection of human rights, as well as democratic governance, in the context of the Republic of Moldova’s accession to the European Union.
Project activities include:
– Preparing legal research and analysing public policies on justice and human rights from the perspective of EU standards;
– Monitoring key justice self-governance institutions, including the Superior Council of Magistracy and the Superior Council of Prosecutors, and informing the public on rule of law issues;
– Co-organising the 2026 edition of the Justice and Anti-Corruption Reforms Forum;
– Carrying out legal and civic education activities on equality and non-discrimination;
– Strengthening civil society resilience through training on digital security and strategic planning.
