She brings extensive experience in procurement and operations management, having worked since 2016 with several international organizations as well as in the private sector.

She began her professional career at UNDP Moldova, providing operational and administrative support in the implementation of development projects. She later worked within the Moldova Resilience Initiative implemented by USAID/OTI through Management Systems International and Dexis Consulting Group, where she managed procurement processes end-to-end.

She also has experience in the private sector, particularly in logistics and management. Lucia holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics and a master’s degree in Tourism Management from Alexandru Ioan Cuza University of Iași.

Lucia is fluent in Romanian, Russian, and English.
