The project aims to strengthen human rights standards and protection in Moldova through awareness-raising, public policy interventions, and advocacy.
Activities within the project include:
– Analysis and publication of information on the jurisprudence of the Republic of Moldova at the European Court of Human Rights (ECtHR).
– Elaboration of a thematic analysis on violations found by the ECtHR concerning children’s rights, women’s rights or gender equality issues.
– Legal opinions, public appeals and referrals to international human rights institutions.
– Public lectures for students and young professionals on justice, rule of law and human rights issues.
