Octavian is a legal professional with extensive experience in criminal prosecution and anti-corruption. From 2011 to 2025, he worked as a prosecutor at the Anti-Corruption Prosecutor’s Office, where he also served as Acting Deputy Chief Prosecutor. In 2025, he successfully passed the external evaluation of his ethical and financial integrity.

He is a trainer and module director at the National Institute of Justice, where he developed the curriculum for the course “Management and Conduct of Criminal Prosecution.” He holds both a Bachelor’s and a Master’s degree in Law, specializing in criminal law and criminal procedure, from the University of European Studies of Moldova.

He is a native Romanian speaker and is proficient in Ukrainian, Russian, English, and French.
