Priority Reform Action Roadmap, 2nd semestre, 2017

General objective: Increasing the accountability of the government of Moldova in its efforts to implement the Priority Reform Action Roadmap, 2nd semestre, 2017 and contribute to the continuity of reforms, in order to bring Moldova on the path of sustainable and inclusive development.

Objectives:

– Develop a rigorous and transparent methodology for assessing the Roadmap on the Priority Reform Agenda;

– Ensure an impartial and critical assessment of the government’s progress in implementing the provisions of the Roadmap;

– Communicate the progress of Roadmap implementation to key stakeholders (relevant public institutions, Parliament, donor community, media and general public), using accessible language and interactive visualization techniques.

– Propose recommendations for more effective implementation of reforms, ensuring continuity of the process and complementing the proposed Roadmap with additional reforms.

The monitoring results are published online via an interactive dashboard, which is updated every 2 weeks.
The platform openly provides independent expert opinion on the status of each action taken by the Government and Parliament in a publicly accessible format
