Olga CORTAC

Director of Administrative Service

Olga holds the position of the Director of Administrative Service within LRC Moldova since April 2021.

At LRCM she is responsible for coordinating Association’s projects and proper organization of its activities. She has more than 10 years of experience in civil society organization’s management and in project management. She has coordinated more than 20 project at national and international level with several hundreds of direct beneficiaries, meant to promote volunteering, civic engagement and opportunities for young people. Olga is a founding member and mentor in several NGOs in Moldova and abroad.


Her success in promoting active citizenship and non-normal education have been recognized through the „Quality Ambassador and Multiplier in Learning Mobility” title awarded by the EU – Council of Europe Youth Partnership. She is a finalist of the Governance and Society cohort of Professional Fellowship Program (2020) sponsored by the U.S. State Department Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs. In 2015 and 2016 Olga has been awarded 2 scholarships from the Agence Universitaire de la Francophonie for a professional internship in France (2015) and another one within the  International Law Directorate, Legal Affairs Division of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and European Integration of Republic of Moldova (2016).


Olga completed her Master’s degree in International and European Business Law at University Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne, The French- Romanian Law College of European Studies and her Bachelor degree in Law at Moldova State University, French field. Olga has also completed her medium studies in accounting at the National College of Commerce of the Academy of Economic Studies from Moldova.


Olga is fluent in Romanian (mother tongue), English, French and Russian.
