The project aims to improve court practice related to transparency and anonymization of court decisions, leading to more consistent regulations and practices across the judiciary, and increase the professional competencies of judges and judicial staff to apply the improved regulations.
Activities within the project include:
– Assessing the court practice on anonymization and publication of court decisions.
– Advocating for and providing assistance to improve the regulations of the Superior Council of Magistracy.
– Training of judges, court assistants and, if needed, other court personnel regarding the improved regulations.
– Providing support to the Supreme Court of Justice in addressing the identified serious jurisprudential discrepancies.
This is where the products developed within the project will be included.
