The project seeks to strengthen the rule of law and ensure the effective protection of human rights in the Republic of Moldova through an integrated approach combining greater efficiency within justice institutions, improved public policies, civic and legal education, and advocacy.
Through evidence-based research, institutional dialogue, professional capacity development, educational resources, and citizen engagement, the project aims to contribute to a more efficient, transparent, and accountable justice system. At the same time, it seeks to help citizens, particularly young people, better understand justice reforms, European values, and the mechanisms available to protect their rights, while ensuring meaningful, equitable, and effective access to justice.
