Carolina has over 16 years of experience in Justice and Human Rights, focusing particularly on ensuring equality and combating discrimination, and she is a trainer in the field of human rights-based approaches.
From 2008 to 2021, she worked at the Ministry of Justice, within the Directorate of International Relations, and at the Council for Equality, within the Anti-Discrimination Directorate. In the past three years, she has been active in the area of child-friendly justice, serving as the manager of the first Barnahus-type Center in Moldova.
Since March 2024, she has been a member of the Equality Council in Moldova.
She holds a law degree from the State University of Moldova and a master’s degree in International Law from the same institution. Carolina Bagrin is also a graduate of a specialized program in International Relations offered by the Estonian School of Diplomacy (Estonia).
Carolina is a native Romanian speaker and is fluent in Russian, French, and English.
