class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p data-start=\"199\" data-end=\"575\"><strong>The Legal Resources Centre from Moldova (LRCM) is launching a call to expand its network of associated experts in the fields of justice, anti-corruption and integrity, human rights, civil society, and the transposition of the EU acquis. Selected experts will be contracted for a period of up to three years and engaged on a periodic basis in the organisation\u2019s activities.<\/strong><\/p><p data-start=\"199\" data-end=\"575\">\u00a0<\/p><p data-start=\"577\" data-end=\"852\">LRCM is a non-governmental, non-profit, independent and politically non-affiliated organisation that contributes to strengthening democracy and the rule of law in the Republic of Moldova through research, monitoring and advocacy.<\/p><p data-start=\"577\" data-end=\"852\">\u00a0<\/p><p data-start=\"854\" data-end=\"1225\">We promote an independent, efficient and accountable justice system, effective anti-corruption mechanisms, respect for human rights, and an enabling environment for civil society and democracy. In these areas, we identify issues with systemic impact, propose solutions, bring them onto the public agenda, respond to abuses, and mobilise partners to drive positive change.<\/p><p data-start=\"854\" data-end=\"1225\">\u00a0<\/p><p data-start=\"1227\" data-end=\"1477\">Interested candidates are encouraged to consult LRCM\u2019s official website to become familiar with the organisation\u2019s work and the specific nature of the projects implemented. Selected experts may be involved in activities including, but not limited to:<\/p><ul data-start=\"1479\" data-end=\"1667\"><li data-start=\"1479\" data-end=\"1511\"><p data-start=\"1481\" data-end=\"1511\">Legal research and analysis;<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1512\" data-end=\"1577\"><p data-start=\"1514\" data-end=\"1577\">Drafting legal opinions or commentaries on draft legislation;<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1578\" data-end=\"1602\"><p data-start=\"1580\" data-end=\"1602\">Advocacy activities;<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1603\" data-end=\"1649\"><p data-start=\"1605\" data-end=\"1649\">Training and capacity-building activities;<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1650\" data-end=\"1667\"><p data-start=\"1652\" data-end=\"1667\">Representation.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p data-start=\"1669\" data-end=\"2157\">Selected candidates will work under a service provision contract, with engagement depending on LRCM\u2019s ongoing projects and activities. Services may be provided for a period of up to three years, with the possibility of extension. The estimated workload is 25\u201330 days per year per expert. LRCM does not guarantee a minimum or maximum volume of services to be contracted and reserves the right not to offer services on a certain and\/or regular basis throughout the duration of the contract.<\/p><p data-start=\"1669\" data-end=\"2157\">\u00a0<\/p><p data-start=\"2159\" data-end=\"2186\"><strong data-start=\"2159\" data-end=\"2186\">Candidate requirements:<\/strong><\/p><ul data-start=\"2188\" data-end=\"3283\"><li data-start=\"2188\" data-end=\"2217\"><p data-start=\"2190\" data-end=\"2217\">University degree in law;<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"2218\" data-end=\"2398\"><p data-start=\"2220\" data-end=\"2398\">Solid knowledge of trends, mechanisms and policies in the Republic of Moldova and the region relevant to justice, anti-corruption and integrity, human rights and civil society;<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"2399\" data-end=\"2557\"><p data-start=\"2401\" data-end=\"2557\">At least 3 years of experience in research and\/or monitoring, or in the implementation of consultancy, academic or scientific projects in relevant fields;<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"2558\" data-end=\"2665\"><p data-start=\"2560\" data-end=\"2665\">Advanced analytical skills, demonstrated through publications, policy papers, impact assessments, etc.;<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"2666\" data-end=\"2804\"><p data-start=\"2668\" data-end=\"2804\">Fluency in Romanian and\/or English (minimum B2 level).
