For two years, she served as the Secretary of State at the Ministry of Justice, responsible for the areas of penitentiaries, probation, digitization, apostille services, and the national archive.<\/p>

\u00a0<\/p>

Previously, Nadejda Burciu worked as the Deputy Director at the Liechtenstein Development Services Foundation, where she managed a portfolio of projects in education, particularly strengthening vocational-technical institutions, introducing new professions, involving the private sector in education, and encouraging girls to pursue careers in IT, among others.<\/p>

Nadejda also worked as a political assistant on human rights at the U.S. Embassy in Moldova, was a senior project coordinator at the Norwegian Mission of Experts for the Promotion of Rule of Law in Moldova (NORLAM), worked at the International Monetary Fund’s representative office, and at the Ministry of Finance.<\/p>

Her volunteer activities include serving as the President of the Board of the Women’s Law Center (CDF) for two years, and providing mentorship in the “Inspire Her” project for female police officers.<\/p>
