#ffffff;\">&#8211; Assets and personal interests declaration verification;\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">&#8211; The control of assets and of personal interests;<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">&#8211; The control of conflicts of interest;<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">&#8211; The control of incompatibilities;\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">&#8211; The control of restrictions and limitations;<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">&#8211; Standard formula\/equation for calculating the substantial difference between the income gained during the exercise of a mandate, public function or office and the assets acquired;<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><b style=\"color: #ffffff;\">Development of the regulation on the evaluation of the work of integrity inspectors and adjustment of the methodology for the verification of assets and personal interests.<\/b><\/p><p><b style=\"color: #ffffff;\">\u00a0<\/b><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">The activities are implemented by the Legal Resource Centre from Moldova (LRCM) within the framework of the Project &#8220;Strengthening the Rule of Law and Anti-Corruption Mechanisms in the Republic of Moldova&#8221;, implemented by the German International Cooperation Agency (GIZ) with the financial support of the European Union (EU) and the German Federal Ministry for Cooperation and Development Standard formula\\\/equation for calculating the substantial difference between the income gained during the exercise of a mandate, public function or office and the assets
