Physical presence, working language: English/Russian\nBackground:\nThe Legal Resources Centre from Moldova (LRCM) implements the project “Shields for Human Rights Defenders – Supporting Human Rights Defenders in the Republic of Moldovaˮ with the financial support of the European Union. The main objective of the project is to enhance the human rights monitoring and protection in Moldova by empowering human rights defenders (HRDs) and civil society organisations (CSOs) to operate in a safe and enabling environment, in compliance with their full rights and freedoms.\nThe project implementation is focused, among others, on providing digital security assistance and on equipping individuals and organizations with the knowledge and tools necessary to enhance their personal security, including safety, well-being and others.\nThe training on personal security will be provided by international trainers from Front Line Defenders and will cover a range of essential topics, including:\n\nHolistic security as a concept/approach to protection,\nMethodology and practical tips for risk assessment,\nProtection planning,\nWell-being as an aspect of personal/organizational security.\n\nThis event is organised with the financial support of the European Union in the framework of the project “Shields for human rights defenders – Supporting Human Rights Defenders in the Republic of Moldova”, implemented by the Legal Resources Centre from Moldova (LRCM).
